• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

2. Course Enrollment and Access

2.1 Enrollment

Upon enrollment, you receive access to course materials for the duration of your subscription. Access terms vary based on your plan:

• Subscription Plans: Access during active subscription and 30 days after cancellation
• Lifetime Access: Permanent access to purchased courses
• Bootcamp Programs: Access during program duration and 6 months post-completion

2.2 Course Content

Course materials are provided "as is." We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove course content at any time. We may discontinue courses with 30 days' notice.

3. Certificates and Credentials

3.1 Certificate Issuance

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements and passing assessments. Certificates represent that the named individual completed the specified course.

3.2 Credential Verification

We maintain records for credential verification. Third parties may verify your credentials through our verification system using your certificate number and email address.

3.3 Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we discover fraudulent activity, plagiarism, or violation of academic integrity standards.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing and Billing

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing date
• All sales are final except as specified in our refund policy

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are not available. To request a refund, contact support@cogniqon.com with your order number.

4.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to retry processing. If payment continues to fail, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform responsibly and lawfully. This includes:

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting intellectual property rights
• Not engaging in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• Not sharing personal information of others without consent
• Not engaging in spam or marketing activities

All course materials, including videos, lectures, quizzes, and projects, are owned by Cogniqon or our content partners. You may use these materials for personal learning only.

6.2 Your Submissions

By submitting projects, assignments, or feedback, you grant us the right to use your submissions for educational purposes, course improvement, and portfolio showcasing (unless confidential). You retain ownership of your original work.

6.3 User-Generated Content

You may post comments or forum content. By posting, you grant Cogniqon a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Course completion guarantees employment or salary increases
• Certifications will be recognized by all employers or institutions
• Technical support will resolve all issues

7.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cogniqon, its owners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your content or submissions
• Your misuse of the platform
